Benzoylphenylureas (BPUs) analogues belong to a class of insect growth regulators (IGRs), interferes the chitin synthesis in target pests, causing death or abortive development and is considered to be the third generation of insecticides and used as novel materials for insect control. BPUs type insecticides posses high selectivity, low acute toxicity for mammals, and high biological activity resulting in low application rates, therefore many researchers is attaching importance to this field.In order to explore novel derivatives of aryl pyrazole carbonyl ureas and Benzoylphenylureas (Acylthiourea) of pyrazole which have higher biological activity, we designed and synthesized two series of new compounds according to the principle of combination of bioactive substructure and bioisoteric relationship. The structures of the target compounds have been confirmed by ~1H NMR, IR, and elemental analysis. And their structures are as follows.Aryl pyrazole carbonyl ureas have extensive biological activities, they have been used as insecticide,herbicide, fungicides and so on. We induced group p-trifluoromethy aniline with better activity to1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonylisocyanate synthesized 10 compounds of the first series.Benzoylphenylureas (Acyl thiourea) also have extensive biological activities, the compounds with acylthiourea structure, as insecticide,herbicide,fugicide and plant growth regulator, have been researched,exploited and produced. according to the principle of combination of bioactive substructure and bioisoteric relationship. Two kind of activity groups have be united Benzoylphenylureas (Acyl thiourea)and better activity group phenoxy acetamide be induced. So we have designed 10 compounds of Benzoylphenylureas (Acyl thiourea) series II.
