First, obtained photosynthetic bacteria were isolated and purified to give a concentration of3.4×109cells/ml photosynthetic bacteria strains. Water samples were collected to analyze the water sample eutrophication index of80.96indicates severe eutrophic water. Explored the impact of the pH and the PSB concentration to the processing efficiency of the photosynthetic bacteria, organized by orthogonal experiment, after10days, obtained the maximum efficiency group, the treatment efficiency of Chla、TP、TN、 COD respectively were46.60%,33.50%,46.30%,52.80%. And, the transparency enhancing efficiency was96.80%. In the low-temperature processing, the processing efficiency of photosynthetic bacteria has been greatly reduced, COD degradation rate of6.89%,7.5℃, the degradation efficiency of TP was5.63%.15℃, The processing efficiency of COD reached16.87%.7.5℃, and the TP processing efficiency were15.79%. In aeration on the processing efficiency of photosynthetic bacteria, the ideal for aeration frequency interval aeration was3h, each time20min.10days later, the removal efficiency of TP, TN were39.54%,58.42%. And, the ideal aeration frequencies were interval1.5hours in the removal of Chla, the efficiency of59.68%. Fatherly, we have studied the impact of external conditions of photosynthetic bacteria by the experiment.Today, water eutrophication has been an important issue of environment. And, current water situation is extremely serious. Eutrophication is not only affecting the water sensation, but also constitutes a hazard for human drinking water source to a certain extent. In this study, photosynthetic bacteria have been used to absorb solar energy as an energy source reproductive breeding to treating eutrophic water. In the experiment to explore a variety of photosynthetic bacteria on the treatment of eutrophic water, as well as the impact of environmental factors on photosynthetic processing efficiency. Thus we can comprehensively evaluate the capacity of nitrogen and phosphorus removal about photosynthetic bacteria to eutrophic water.
