In this paper, molecular imprinted polymer membranes with highly selective binging for trimethoprim are synthesized by noumenon polymerization and technique of membrane preparation. The best preparing conditions and reagent quantity are confirmed according to experiments. The linking principles and recognizing abilities are explored by ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum, scan electro-microscope link experiment and Scatchard analysis. The effect factors are studied by the numbers. The blending membranes with good mechanical intensity and recognition function are synthesized with mixing PSF and molecular imprinted polymer by using modality transform. The linking character and selective permeation are explored.The experiments express the molecular imprinted polymer membranes for trimethoprim after improving preparing conditions and reagent quantity have excellent recognition effect for template molecular. Scatchard analysis proves the molecular imprinted polymer membranes have a class of the same binding sites for trimethoprim. The composite membranes have strong recognition function and selective permeation. PSF is only as sustaining membrane and has little effect.
