Ursolic acid is malol too. It have the functions of reducing blood fat,anti-inflammation,protect liver. It plays an important role on cosmetics and medicine. So it is therefore tremendously significant that quickly and efficiently extracts ursolic acid.Free-radical solution copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and acrylonitrile (AN) is carried out in DMSO at 60℃using azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. AA is used as function monomer, and AN is used as membrane formation monomer. Ursolic acid imprinted membranes were synthesized via phase inversion imprinted method, using Ursolic acid as template and P(AA-co-AN) as membrane material. Scanning election microscope (SEM) was used to visualize the cross section of membranes, an asymmetric porous structure was visualized. Bond interaction between copolymer material and template was confirmed by FT-IR and UV. The saturated binding capacity of the imprinted membrane for Ursolic acid was about 0.226μmol/g, nearly 2.6 times that of non-imprinted polymer membrane. The separation factorαwas calculated as 8.69. And investigated the factor for film-forming properties of Ursolic acid imprinted membranes...
