In this dissertation, breaking of water-in-hydraulic oil emulsion with chemical demulsification method and heating demulsification method is studied. The hydraulic oil is used in large machines to maintain the railway. We firstly choose three demulsifers from a number of demulsifers, named as X — 001, JYF — 10 and JLO-BP206-8~#, whose impact of demulsification are better than others. Then we make farther researches on the three demulsifers. Through putting demulsifer into water-in-hydraulic oil emulsion, and heating the system, qualified hydraulic oil got after sedimentation. The research is very important to reduce working cost of railway large machine, meanwhile resources are economized.Through researching for demulsification, we find that there are four factors, including demulsifer dosage, demulsification temperature, heating time and time of sedimentation, which can affect the impact of demulsification. After studies of the four factors, we finially find a project which is suitable for water-in-hydraulic oil emulsion of our enterprise. The project follows as demulsifier X-001, demulsifer dosage 350mg/L, demulsification temperature 60℃, heating time 3h, sedimentation time 2day. According to the project we get qualified hydraulic oil, of which physicochemical properties measure up, and the hydraulic oil may be used into the large machine of our enterprise.In the process of demulsificatoin, we research the four effects how to affect the impact of demulsificatoin.1. Dosage of demulsifierIt is not right that the more demulsifer dosage is and the better the impact of demulsifer is. When we add the demulsifier into emulsion by the proper demulsifer dosage, the impact of demulsifer is best. The impact of demulsifer is not good when the dosage less than the proper value, and the impact reduce when the dosage more the the proper value.2. Temperature of heatingWhen temperature of heating reach one degree, the impact of demulsifiction is better. If temperature is higher than the degree, the impact is depressed or increase inconspicuous. 3. Time of heatingThe longer time of heating is, the better the impact of demulsifiction is. Whereas the heating time is longer, and the demulsifiction use up more energe. It make the expend increase. Therefore we must find the best compromise.4. Time of sedimentationThe longer time of sedimentation is, the better the impact of demulsifiction is. But the time of sedimentation is longer, the production efficiency is lower. We can decide the long of time, according to the standard of water content of hydraulic oil. In actual production, we can determine the time of sedimentation by means of monitor mothed, i.e. in the process of sedimentation, water percent content of oil is mensurated after period of time, until the value reach the request.We also mensurate the physicochemical properties of hydraulic oil dehydrated after demulsification according to the analysis methods of hydraulic oil in our enterprise.1. Viscosity mensuration;2. Chrominance mensuration;3. Water percent content mensuration;4. Acid number mensuration;5. Impurities percent content mensuration;6.
