| The prescription of Xinnaosu capsule is origin of drugs that used in clinic, consist of Radix Puerariae lobatae, Radix et Rhizoma notoginseng and Borneolum Syntheticum, using tocure Ischemic Cardio-cerebrovasular diseases, such as coronary artery disease, and so on. According to the standard of the Chinese new drugs, we obtained its available parts with modern extraction and purified technology, and made it into a modern Chinese new drug with advanced preparation process .The study details are as the following:1.Study on Literature: With the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the source of the prescription, the survey of the studies and the significance of developing the issue are elaborated widely. At the same time, we sum up the chemical compounds and physical and chemical properties of the drugs in the prescription.2.Study on preparation process: With the index of the contents of total flavone and Puerarin, the extraction process of Radix Puerariae lobatae was optimized with parallel-contrast and orthogonal experiment; With the index of the contents of total flavone in total flavone intermediate, its purified process was optimized; With the index of the contents of total saponins and Ginsenoside Rg1, the extraction process of Radix et Rhizoma notoginseng was optimized also with parallel-contrast and orthogonal experiment; With the index of the contents of total saponins in total saponins intermediate, its purified process was also optimized. And then we establish the preparation process with the total flavone intermediate, the total saponins intermediate and Borneolum Syntheticum.3.Study on quality control method: With the index of the contents of total flavone and Puerarin, the quality standard of total flavone intermediate was established; With the index of the contents of total saponins , Ginsenoside Rgl and Notoginsenoside R1 , the quality standard of total saponins intermediate was established. We also established the quality standard of preparation: Radix Puerariae lobatae, Radix et Rhizoma notoginseng and Borneolum Syntheticum in this prescription were identified by TLC; the content of Puerarin was determined by HPLC. |
