Jinan Section Of Yellow River Environmental Performance Evaluation

Strengthen protection of source drinking water, is the most important task of water conservancy at present. All along, our country has invested significant resources every year to focus on the drainage basin of water pollution control and source water protection, and achieved some success. How measuring the effectiveness of the environment protection, putting forward improvements measures and methods based on the results of the assessment, to make source water protection achieving the planning requirements and improving water environment quality fundamentally is worthy of research.In 1999, International Organization for Standardization issued IS014031 "Environmental Management-Environmental Performance Evaluation Guide " (EPE) standards, to provide guidelines for the design and implementation within an organization to assess environmental performance. IS014031 is a systematic measurement and assessment procedures for the organization's environmental performance. In this paper, the IS014031 standard has been used to source water protection studies. The author selected the Yellow River Jinan for the study of examples, through identificated the Yellow River Jinan environmental factors, used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to identify major environmental factors, and established the Yellow River Jinan of environmental performance evaluation indicators, with AHP-entropy set targets weight, evaluated environmental performance of the Yellow River Jinan 2000-2005 that applied Grey System Related Analysis and Fuzzy Optimization methods. Also analyzed the evaluation result, identified the main reasons that affected environmental performance of Yellow River Jinan, and put forward measures to improve source water environmental management.If we used the IS014031 environmental performance evaluation standard...
