| Shuimo River is one of main irrigational water resources of Urumqi,because admits much polluted water,the load of pollution is bigger than its purification function, Shuimo River is received the serious pollution.Using the scientific and reasonable evaluation method to find out its pollution characteristic and causes,controling the pollution of Shuimo River has already become the urgent matter by engineering and the non-engineering measure.In view of the current many different evaluation method of water environment,this thesis used an improved grey associative analysis model,and carried on a improved linear interpolation pattern to evaluate the water environmental monitoring data in the Shuimo River from 1989 to 2006.To"Surface water Environment quality Standard"(GB3838-2002),We divide the water quality standardization into six levels and interpolate ten levels between each level to divide the water quality standard into 61 levels.At the same time we use the partition linear substitution method to normalize all previous years'monitoring data,then calculate connection le.vel between.various water quality factors and all levels of water quality standard.According to connection level we determine water environment quality rank of different crossing section.According to the rank size of the different crossing section,we compare quality of water environment again.The result discovers that water environmental quality of upstream Tangcichang Spring'section is continuously well,but water environmental quality of Qifang Bridge'section,Lianfeng Bridge'section and Miquan Bridge'section all belongs to the serious pollution water quality.The water is not able to satisfy the function of agricultural irrigation water.Using the method of Surpassing the standard multiple to analyze main pollutants'changing and development tendency of various crossing sections in different time.The pollution of Miquan bridge's section is the most serious, the water quality rank is always higher than fifth level.The serious pollutants of exceeding standard are NH3-N,CODMn,BOD5,Excrement large intestine bacteria colony and Petroleum pollutant.Using the pattern of mixing completely to analyze the water environmental capacity of the Shuimo River.The result discovers the discharge quantity of main pollutant total phosphorus,CODCr,BOD5,and NH3-N surpasses the Shuimo river environmental capacity.The polluted water capacity of Shuimo River is occupied 38% in the total quantity,the Shuimo River is in fact a sewage river,and the pollution tendency of Shuimo River also is intensifying.It has already been a polluted river,so, controling the pollution of Shuimo River is necessary now.Strengthens the protection of the water source area,strengthens sewage treatment work of large and medium-sized enterprises,strengthens the surveillance management of the small business,uses"controling sources & diverting courser,different systems to clean and waste water"new action,perfect collection system of coastal trash,eliminates trash pollution,perfect coastal drainage network system,recovers the water environment by ecological treatment,establishs and perfects the long time effective mechanism of water pollution controling management,to change water of Shuimo River clear early. |
