ChangKuiAn pellets was composed of five kind of Chinese herbs. In the experiment, we adopt orthogonal design to optimize the extract technology of the three Chinese herbs which contains Astragalus mongholicus , Codonopsis pilosula and Aucklandia lappa Decne. Using Astragalus mongholicus as detection index investigated decoction frequency, solvent amount and decoction times which influence Astragalus mongholicus saponin contents. The optimized extraction technology followed as: 10 times water as solvent, decoction two times for 90 min each. To optimized the extraction process of tannin from geranium herb by using uniform design. The best extraction conditions were 40% alcohol, extracting twice with 24times solution at 80℃ for 3 hours each.In order to reduce medicine dosage and increase curative effect, we selected ZTC1+1 as cleaning agent and adopt absorbing clarification method to refine the water extract solution.
