ChangKuiAn pellets was composed of five kind of Chinese herbs. In the experiment, we adopt orthogonal design to optimize the extract technology of the three Chinese herbs which contains Astragalus mongholicus , Codonopsis pilosula and Aucklandia lappa Decne. Using Astragalus mongholicus as detection index investigated decoction frequency, solvent amount and decoction times which influence Astragalus mongholicus saponin contents. The optimized extraction technology followed as: 10 times water as solvent, decoction two times for 90 min each. To optimized the extraction process of tannin from geranium herb by using uniform design. The best extraction conditions were 40% alcohol, extracting twice with 24times solution at 80℃ for 3 hours each.In order to reduce medicine dosage and increase curative effect, we selected ZTC1+1 as cleaning agent and adopt absorbing clarification method to refine the water extract solution. The best technology was physic liquor 50℃, 3% cleaning agent, 100 round per minute stirring speed and 0. 2 gram herb per milliliter condensing degree. The optimized refining technology of geranium herb followed as: 3000 milliliter per hour of flow speed, 1. OMPa pressure and the temperature of physic liquor was 50℃.Condensing and drying technology followed as: condensing to the dense of refined extraction arrived 1. 32 to 1. 33 gram per milliliter at 60℃, then dried at 60℃.We selected angle of repose, dissolved time, friability and hydroscopicity as investigation index to sieve excipient of pellets.
