Liquid Reactive Polymer Rotation Molding Process

The rotational molding technology of liquid resin is studied in this paper which is composed of the following four parts: the equipment design and manufacture, the mould manufacture, the study on the roto-molding of unsaturated polyester resin, the study on the roto-molding of long-fiber reinforced liquid resin.The equipment design and manufacture is based on the basic requirement of the roto-molding and the liquid polymers. The experiment analyses the relationship between the resin viscosity changes and the roto-molding of the liquid resin through orthogonal experiment, this paper also studied the mechanism of void formation in roto-molding of long-fiber reinforced resin through some experiments.
