For the efficient working of the paper cutter machine, the good control system is the key techniques. In the thesis, a paper cutter machine distributed control system based on PLC and frequency conversion timing is designed and developed, under the background of the "2850 type high speed precise paper cutter machine". It includes the method design, hardware and software design and the realization of control arithmetic, etc.Firstly, this thesis introduces the current conditions and trends of paper cutter machine as well as the development and the application in control system of the frequency conversion timing technique. After introducing study on mechanical structure of the paper cutter machine, the work principle and the mechanical structure's requirement of the paper cutter machine are introduced. Secondly, after researching the control system, the last project is determined.In order to realize synchronous control, distributed motor synchronous control system based on PLC and frequency conversion and PID control arithmetic are adopted. The hardware, software, characters of the control system are detailed. Hardware design show us that PLC and transducer have strong function and agile handle. The touch panel offer a friendly human machine interface. When the control software is designed, the modularized program designing method and software interference prevention method designing are adopted.In order to realize high accuracy synchronous control , we can make the rotate speed of a motor as aim and adopt the PID control arithmetic to make the rotate speed of other motor match it. In order to realize the strain control in the system, we adopt the transducer's torque control stype. While performance level is put forward, this level is tested, which reach to the goal of design. |
