The development level of CNC machine tools represents the development level of national manufacturing industry to a certain extent.CNC machine tool servo system is the realization of electrical signal to mechanical action conversion device and components,the whole CNC machine tool control system dynamic performance,control quality,function has a decisive impact.Ac permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is currently used by most CNC machine tools,but how to AC permanent magnet synchronous servo system performance,make it better service more high precision,high speed,high flexibility of CNC machine tools is very important.In this paper,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)synchronous servo system in CNC machine tools as the research object,using MATLAB environment as the simulation platform,from the improvement of CNC machine tools permanent magnet synchronous servo system dynamic performance,anti-interference,reliability and cost reduction and other aspects of in-depth research.This paper first studies the vector control strategy of CNC machine tool permanent magnet synchronous servo system,To further reduce the electromagnetic torque and current harmonic content of servo CNC machine system,An improved sliding mode control strategy is proposed in the internal current loop;Secondly,in order to improve the dynamic performance and anti-interference performance of the CNC machine tool PMSM servo system,In combination with self-disturbance control Active Disturbance Rejection Control,ADRC)theory,To construct an improved ADRC position control strategy,And the traditional self-disturbance position control strategy;Then,in order to improve the reliability and identification accuracy of the servo system,Based on the mathematical model under the axis system of the PMSM servo motor,Combined with expansion state observations(Expansive State Observation,ESO)technology,The proved position observer of permanent magnet synchronous servo system of CNC machine tool;Finally,the simulation model of the permanent magnet synchronous servo system is built by MATLAB software,And analyze and compare them;Simulation results show that,This paper that the control technology can make the servo system of CNC machine tool,It has good position following performance and identification accuracy,fast phase response speed and strong anti-interference performance.
