| We mainly research on the flavone extraction of the Sophora japonica and the separation of rutin and quercetin in this study.Through researching on the assistant ultrasonic extraction, We find the best technics in extracting flavone with ultrasonic. In the best technics, the relatively rate of flavone is more 99% after extracting twice with ultrasonic. The rate of flavone is 8.456% in extracting 10 hours with Soxhlet extraction, and it is rregarded as the total flavonoids content of Sophora japonica. The extraction rate of flavone with ultrasonic evidently increase, and the extraction time shortened four to eight times. We also research that the macroporous adsorptive resin purified the flavone extracted solution. The results of experiment indicated, the D4020 macroporous adsorptive resin has prefertable adsorption and desorption effect on the flavone of Sophora japonica, and the most asorption reached 6.82mg/mL, the rate of desorption reached more 90%. The colour and lustre of the flavone crude product was good, the content of rutin was high.Researching on the technics conditions that the flavone crude products were made of the rutin product through more purifying and the quecetin product through hydrolyzing, We finally gained the high purity rutin and quercetin products. The purity of rutin was more 96%, and the purity of quercetin was more 97.5%. They reached the standard of making chemistry reagent and directly making medicine according to the codex.We research on the experiments of Sophora japonica in this text. They had many benefits, for example high extraction rate of flavone, short extraction time, high purity of product, and so on. This provide profitable referrence for empoldering Sophora japonica resources. |
