It is very necessary to correct the verticality of the Cobalt sheet metal(thickness about 0.8mm) before it is placed into the electrobath. We often use roll-type correcting plate machine to correct the verticality of the colored sheet metal, but the Cobalt sheet metal is not suitable because of its high elasticity and crisp trait. Of couse, to improve its intensity, rigidity and the level of plane by means of punching out some strengthened ribs on the board of the Cobalt sheet metal, in the same time, to punch some symbols by term of the require of the enterprise. Because of the particularity of the Cobalt sheet metal, on the one hand, need to ensure comparative punching deep, on the other hand, to get a fine quality of the board plane, it is necessary to study the punching and forming of the Cobalt sheet metal.It is awfull complex about the forming of sheet metal in the inner mechanism, which including geometrical unlinearity, material unlinearity and contact unlinearity and so on. So the computer stimulating about the forming of sheet metal is concerned with many disciplines. The primary problem of this subject is as follows: how to establish the mathematics model including all sorts of facts;how to choose the suitable material model and yield criterion, and to select the divides grids and proceeds number value of die and blank in term of the compute predision and the requisition of design.This paper found the elastoplasticity finite element system based on the characterics of the big forming elastoplasticity theory, and depicted the process of computer simulation about the forming of sheet metal in detail. There are including some key technologies of computer simulation as follows: choosing the element, setting the technical parameters, dividing and modifying the grids, demonstrating the animation, the FLD picture, technic report form and so on.Then the optimal parameters can be got by simulating the forming process in the computer. In the end, the drawing of the die structure is established in term of the optimal parameters.By the analysis and comparison, this subject simulated the forming processes of the part can really reflect the whole part forming processes of the sheet metal, and the change of the stress and strain can be observed distinctly from the processes. It offers the reliable means and tools for the design and amends of the part's die, at the same time, it offers a way to solve some similar problems about forming of sheet metal. The result of this paper established base for the application and extend of technology of computer aid engineer in the scope of forming of sheet metal and offered the foundation for the punching die design of the Cobalt sheet metal. |
