Pesticide is necessary for crop to control ill and grass,and it is important toincrease in agriculture。Pesticides will gradually degrade and their toxicity willdisappear due to the decomposition reaction of sunlight in environment microbe insoil,enzyme in plant and hydrolysis in water after their application However,pesticide residues still remain in the crops,the soil and the groundwater and constitutea health risk because of their residual toxicity。To protect consumers' health,manycountries have restricted the usage of these deleterious chemicals and have establishedmaximum residue levels(MRLS)to control their levels in foods。Two parts areconsisted of the paper:In the first part,studies on the determination of pesticide multi-residues in Foods byGC-MSIn the first chapter,the new development of pesticide residues in foods wasreviewed in the last years。This review provided some new information on foodsample extraction,clean-up,and determination by GC-MS。In the second chapter,a simple,rapid,efficient method was described for thedetermination of residues of four triazine herbicide in cereals。In the third chapter, a rapid multi-residue method was developed for thedetermination of 11 organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues invegetables 。 The analytical procedure was based on the matrix solid-phasedispersion(MPSD) and accomplished using GC-MS with select ion monitoring。In the second part,studied on the supramolecular interaction by spectrofluorimetryand its application in pesticide residues。In the four chapter, The latest development of cyclodextrin supramolecular systemespecially its development in molecular recognition and application been reviewed.In the five chapter,based on the supramolecular interaction between dimethomorphand disulfides linked β-CD dimer,a spectrofluorimetric method with high sensitivityand selectivity was developed。The method was applied to the determination ofdimethomorph residues in vegetables。In the six chapter,a spctrofluorimetric method with high sensitivity and selectivitywas proposed for determination of amitraz in the presence of disulfides linked ?-CDdimmer and applied to determination of amitraz residue in apple。...
