With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, agricultural production has has now become more and more dependent on the use of pesticides. So that it is necessary to test the content of effective components in pesticides and the pesticide residues in crops. And the traditional detection methods are mainly liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography, mass spectrometry,UV Spectrometry, etc. But these traditional methods have some defects,With the rapid development of analytical chemometrics, the theory gradually matures.Chemometrics combines statistics, computer science and other related theories and methods to extract useful information from a large amount of data obtained, through data conversion, quantitative detection. In this paper, the quantitative analysis of single component and multi-component pesticide active ingredients and pesticide residues was carried out by using the angle of quantum space. In addition,In addition,in order to realize the accurate measurement, the chemometrics method based on oblique projection and space angle criterion is adopted,The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1.Detection of avermectin content based on oblique projection to quantum space. With avermection as the target detection, the oblique projection algorithm combined with subspace angle criterion theory, realize the quantitative detection of abamectin pesticide content in the sample.Avermectin pure spectra acquired by this method is 2g/m L ? 16g/m L within the concentration range, the good linear relationship(r>0.9990),using vector space angle criterion the calculation results, the rate of recovery was 98.80% ? 105.26%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of <1.55%,the relative error of calculated results is less than 2.20%,the experimental data show that the subspace angle criterion in the quantitative analysis of the chemical. The method can be applied to the quantitative analysis of multi component complex systems on the basis of the quantitative analysis of the single component.2.By using the vector space angle criterion for simultaneous detection of acetamiprid and pyridaben content. The traditional detection method of multi-component complex system is difficult to achieve rapid and online testing, and using vector space angle criterion can well overcome the difficulty. To establish the model by collecting samples of spectral data and spectral data of pure substances, the collected spectral data into the program, which can realize the quantitative analysis of the samples. This paper uses the vector space angle criterion for compound pesticide acetamiprid and pyridaben two components and rapid detection, the recovery results show that the method is at the rate of 94.33% to 113%,the experimental results of the relative standard deviation(RSD)is not greater than 155%? 3.Detection of pesticide residues in apple and cucumber by vector subspace angle criterion. With the agricultural production of pesticides depends more and more, causing people to attach great importance to food safety issues,so the amount of pesticide residue detection requirements are more stringent, because of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables is very low,so the detection limits for the method is higher, and the traditional detection method in the analysis of detection has a certain degree of defects. This paper uses the vector space angle criterion, establish the model through the acquisition of apple and cucumber samples UV spectra data, then the data were transformed by algorithm program can achieve quantitative detection of residues.Experimental results show that the recovery of this method in90.80%?107.60%,the experimental results of the relative standard deviation(RSD)less than 2.64%,the minimum detection limit of analysis experiment, the calculated method of the minimum detection limit is 0.01mg/kg.The experimental results show that the method has good stability.
