The high speed electromagnetic roll-casting is regarded as a new technology in the material-making area now。 It is one of the key technology to control the liquild-surface in the case, it affect the flowing-status and the flowing-equality of the metal liquid in the roll-casting area, then affect the stability of roll-casting process。 Then the liquild-surface in the case is decided by the matching relation of the flow of the leaning stove and the roll-casting speed 。 Through the physical pattern-erecting of the actual cast-system, the dynamic pattern-erecting of the auto-controlling system , the hardware design and the software-programming of experimental system in stable flow, the experimental research and so on, the controlled-method to come true stable flow is found in the roll-casting technics。 The new mothod to come true the flow invariablenes—the correction coefficient ways, it is to say , is raised。 The successful study of the experimental system ensure the stabilization of high speed electromagnetic roll-casting。 Moreover, it is very important to improve the quality of the roll-casting billet。There are some main parts below which is included in the research works:1. The physical model of the actual cast-system have been set up for the leaning electric stove in the paper, and deduce the physical and mathematical relation between the flow of the leaning electric stove and the spinning speed of the driving motor, and successfully transfer the controlling-variable —the flow of the electric stove to the spinning speed of the driving motor, accordingly raise a new method by which we can have a constant flow for the flow output of the electric stove。 It is the correction coefficient method。2. A total scheme of a set of experimental equipment of the auto-control system with the constant flow have been set up in two loops, accordingly the variable relation of every tache is deduced , and the academic and dynamic and mathematic model of theexperimental system is erected tooo What is more, the main circuit and tragger circuit of experimental equipment of the auto-control system with the constant flow is designedo As a result, a set of experimental equipment of the auto-control system with the constant flow is successfully designed with the current loop and the spinning-speed loop o3. This set of experimental device is modulated and studied about PID-Parameters by using engineering-methods o Moreover, the actual and dynamic model of the experimental system is erected and simplified, the stability of experimental equipment is analysed and studied by using LOUTH RULE , and imitatly analyse the rapidity and other guide line of all experimental device by MATLAB software in the computer ?4. A series of correction coefficient is achieved according to the physical model, moreover the software mothod is analysed and designed o The application software of experimental system with constant flow is exploited in the paper by the program designation mothod of modularization, it come true the experimental and simulative control to the leaning electric stove successfully 05. The auto-controlling experimental system of the leaning electric stove with constant flow is confirmed by the simulative experiment ? Statistical analysis is made to the experimental data, the changeable rule of the spinning speed of the motor is found in the different area, and it is compared with the changeable rule of correction coefficient oThe experiment make clear that the changeable rule of the spinning speed of the motor in the different area is accorded with the changeable rule of correction coefficient 0 The spinning speed of the motor can be changed by correction coefficient , then the flow of the electric stove is changed o Therefore the experimental system with the constant flow have the function of the flow modulation and the flow invariableness in the total area, as meet technical resquest of high speed electromagnetic roll-casting and come true the function requirement for the designation <,The experiment research work of the auto-control experimental system for the leaning electric stove offer the condition for the successful complishment of high speed electromagnetic roll-casting program in the paper 0 It slove a key technical problem for high speed electromagnetic roll-casting program o In the meantime it gives a advantageous supplement for the flow-controlling technology o...
