Iron And Steel Enterprises Are Based On The Consumption Forecast Model Of The Gas Self-balancing Method And Its Applications

Gas is not only an important by-product but also the valuable foundation of gas dispatcher and cost accounting in steel manufacturing enterprises. It is the general problem consisting in the gas measure that gas' total outputs and consumes lost balance.Considering the technical characteristic of gas balance, firstly, this paper presents three types of forecast-models of gas consumes for three sorts of gas users which are relatively steel rolling users, steel-making users and agglomeration users. Secondly, this paper puts forward a method of automatic gas balance based on the forecast-models of gas consumes, and then the method is applying in the process of industrial gas balance.The technologies of multi-degree regression analysis, neural networks and average are utilized relatively to build the forecast-models of gas consumes of steel rolling users, steel-making users and agglomeration users in turn. The comparative error of the forecast-models of gas consumes decreases to 4%, so the precision of forecast of the models achieve the designed requirement and the results of the models can be used as the important references of gas dispatcher and balance.The method of automatic gas balance consulting the process of manual gas balance can automatically realize gathering the data, managing the special circumstances, utilizing the result data of the forecast-models of gas consumes, handling the history flow and output data, running the algorithm of gas balance attestation, and creating the log of gas balance. By using the method, the process of gas balance is provided into the automation and transparence, and the results of gas balance become scientific and open.The results of industrial applying indicates that the method of automatic gas balance not only resolves effectively the main problems consisting in course of gas balance such as the low-automation, the too many subjective factors, the opaque process, the no open result and so on, but also improves the utilization ratio of gas and the information-based degree of the enterprise as well. In a word, the method has important realistic meanings.
