This thesis analysised the defect and lacalization of the automation compounding controlling system in our works to get a set of plan completing the system and studied the system of measuring materials exactly. The main purpose to analysis slung compounding course mathematical simulation is getting effective mathematical model.By studying weigh belt with unconventional methods, two methods used to standardize weigh belt, which are mathematics predication and mathematLcs regression analyses, can be gotten. According to adjusting production parameters and analysising slurry, then combining above two methods could get a systemic mathematical simulation model to measure weigh belt. More, a modifying mathematical model used to revise the weigh belt's error is shown in this thesis so that gaining correct materials measure. Thereby, the balanced production index can be assured and that is good for checking the equipments.The effects of slurry's moisture content and coal ash's formation on compounding automation are researched in order to build up a mathematical model which reflects the slurry's mixed course. The mathematical model can correctly provide and effectively forecast slurry index.
