| With the development of the society,the automaticity of the factory’s production line has been greatly improved,as the result of the increasing use of industrial robots in the field of automobile manufacturing.Generally speaking,due to the less satisfying automation level,mostly for single or double robotic station,it still requires a lot of workers to cope with the machinery,despite the massive use of the industrial robots in the automobile parts suppliers’ production lines.More and more auto-parts suppliers have hungered for advanced automaticity of newly-designed production line,to obtain higher production efficiency with less cost and man-power.The flexibility of processing planning design for the auto-parts suppliers has made it rather difficult to control,let alone its lack of conventional pattern.In this article,combining with actual project,it has illustrated automated welding assembly line for some auto rear side panel.First of all,on the basis of analysis of the welding manufacturability,it studied the processing planning process and the layout of the welding line,as well as the simulation on the probability for the system frame.Secondly,with the detailed interpretation on the common welding process and instruments,it has explicated both the prime principles and its applied circumstances.Then it has illustrated the processing flow and control task of the rear side panel parts welding system in details,which has been covered by net-structure of robotic and PLC control system,based on distributed I/O of PorfiNet-Bus.Last but not least,it has demonstrated modularized program design thoughts and object-oriented structured programming methods,which have been the essences of PLC control programming structure and robotic system structure design.Some of the crucialparts of control program have been explicated in details.It matters a lot that some contents of this article could provide references to curtain important system automation design,for auto-parts suppliers at very least. |
