The essential of competition between industrial enterprises is the quality of production. With the intensification of competition in market increasingly, the request of the quality is more and more strict. The controlling precision of temperature in technical parameter is the key factor of determining the quality, and in this control system the temperature exactness and stabilization is the key of good technics.Therefore we should control the temperature and make it satisfy the technical request.Moreover, the industrial process of sintering is continuous and complex. With the development of control technology, the supervisor attaches importance to apply computer control to the production, for it can improve the scientificalness, the veracity and reliability. The aim of this paper is to project a system which can measure and control temperature automatically.On the base of analyzing the control effects of PID control algorithm and fuzzy control by contrast, the paper combines with the development of fuzzy theory and NN, then put forwards an algorithm of fuzzy adaptive PID autotuning based on neural network. The paper also summarizes kinds of algorithm of PID autotuning. And an algorithm of fuzzy adaptive PID autotuning based on neural network is discussed in detail.The paper introduces the design of the temperature control system at length.
