With the adjustment of the urban energy structure in our country, the natural gas will be regarded as one of the main energy of the city. Because of the fluctuation of the supply load of natural gas , It need to be adjusted in the consumption peak .At the same time, reserve source of the gas must be offered while overhauling the pipeline in the long-distance natural gas pipeline. Liquefied petroleum gas mixing with air(LPG-Air) will generally substitute the natural gas for the main gas source of city. It can be used as the reserve gas source or the adjusted gas source . Before the natural gas arrives city, It can also be used as the transition source of the gas. At present ,LPG-Air technological process needs optimizie in combining with the air -supply system of natural gas and lots of researches about the interchangeability of the natural gas and important parameters control need carry on.This paper taking liquefied petroleum gas (LPG ) of Daqing and oil plant of Jinan as an example directs against the difference of LPG component of different oil plants of our country. This paper carries on the theory calculation and analyses about mixture parameters of LPG-Air: Calorific value , dew point , explosive limit , Huabai index, burning tendency etc. At the same time , This paper carries on deep researches by applying AGA index and Delbuer law that are used in the world generally. Last,taking Shandong Dezhou city LPG-Air gate station for example, reasonable optimization of is carried on.Through research,Indicate is showed that enterprise can take certain measures to control these mixture parameters among mixing course. So,it can be guaranteed the mixture quality and can realize the exchange with the natural gas. On terms that meet the function,reduce and consume energy , improve enterprise's economic benefits.This paper applys with theory research and principles that combine practical application .The conclusions that calculate and analyse have actual directive significance in gas engineering construction and manage. there are very good application prospects .
