This paper develops some research work in order to solve some difficult problems of some typical treatment department of the bear waste water in our province. It approaches the main characteristics and problems of present beer waste treatment technology, and then directs the optimization and application of the beer waste water treatment factory after getting the laws of things from the systematic study and practice.The waste water of certain beer factory are fermented beer and washing bottle waste. Its concentration is high, CODcr 2500~4000mg/L, and the pH of the water quality fluctuate greatly. At present, the factory is using the treatment technology of A-B style, and then the method of ordinary active sludge. However, the problem of expansion has never been solved. The sludge expands more serious when it is in winter. This research adopts the combination of anaerobic hydrolysis and the method of SBR, improves the concentration of sludge (above 6000mg/L) and meanwhile increases aeration quantities and then improves the metabolization of microbe to settle the difficult problem of the expansion of sludge. Anaerobic treatment lasts for about seven or eight hours, and the reactor of SBR has a volume of intake water of about 30% or 40% percent every time. Besides, after the aeration for a long period of time (24 hours) on the condition of keeping the sludge density 6g/L, CODcr of waste water will reach the level of 50-60 mg/L, and the expansion phenomenon of sludge will be eliminated.The other part of this paper is the research of the waste water treatment technology update of Mei Zhou Split Charging Factory of Zhu Jiang Beer Corporation. This factory mainly produces the canned beer. It had a set of waste water treatment equipment with a daily volume of 144m3, but now its effluent quantity is beyond the scope of the treatment equipment originally designed, and productive effluent (including alkali liquor to wash the bottle), life sewage and so on have never been distinguished on quality and shunted, but all have flowed into the treatment pool. The important reasons why that equipment has bad treatment effect and even loses efficacy are high temperature, high load, and improper treatment of the technology. This research explores ways of how to make full use of the former waste water treatment equipment, to reduce the project investment, improve the waste water treating system and use the joint treatment of hydrolytic acidization and aerobic technology. However, because of lack of areas, aerobic treatment can not adopt the method of SBR but biological filtering ponds of aeration. This paper puts forward the reform scheme of waste water treatment. It is centered on the key technology of "lowing the temperature and neutralization hydrolytic acidization + biological filtering pool of aeration + sedimentation and filtration" , and it will make the treatment technology more mature and easy to operate and the effluent reach the standard after treatment.
