| With the rapid development of modern economy, in recent years, the exploitation amount increase constantly in large part of nonferrous mines, and some even exceed design capacity. In order to guarantee stable output and even exceed it, rational selection and scientific management of exploitation and transport system is an effective way. In Jinchuan No 2 mining area, trackless equipment is adopted in plane, 6m3 carrying scraper for excavation in panel, and 25.5t diesel truck for transport in main haulage sublevel. The annual design capacity is 2.97 million ton, but it is demanded by the limited company to reach 3.5 million ton in recent two years. The study of this paper is carried out focusing on assessing if the haulage capacity of trackless equipment on hand can meet actual produce, and how to organize and manage transport system to increasing mining capacity by 20% based on mining system on hand.A large amount of on-site data and record about production are got from 1198 sublevel in 3~#, 4~#, 5~# panel 1250m~1150m sublevel, 1118 sublevel in 2~#, 3~#, 4~# ,5~# panel under 1150m and 1000m level, 1150 level in main haulage sublevel. Distribution law of systematic parameter, analog parameter, and rational haulage system model can be got used probability theory and mathematical statistical, and with the help of computer simulation technique. Aided by database to organize data, panel and sublevel's haulage capacity of Jinchuan No 2 mining area can be got using computer simulation software for checking calculation. Optimization programmer on produce management and organization which can guarantee stable output and ever exceed it is put forward to accomplish the task given by the company based on the result of the study.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:1.We used the probability theory and mathematical statistical method to analysis the distribution law of systematic parameter form a large amount on-site test, inquiry and collection data and summit degree and the inspection of degree of bias. We has verified the parameter that accordswith normal distribution and negative index distribution, form the system of the plane transportations of No 2 mining area, and estimated the mean and variance.2.We have analyzed state and the action of each entity in plane transportation system, and draw the model entity's process frame diagram of the scraper and truck line service system, the gather-and-give way point service system, loading point service system and transportation system, and so we establish the slm^Mm^PQfl^Qn^stmsi^iQ models of Jinchuan No 2 mining area.3.We utilized database organized data, and verified by transportation systematic computer simulated software. Comparing the organization and management wgy of main level plane transportation by regular matching vehicle, random matching vehicle, we eventually, optimized to choose the random matching vehicle according with production reality and raises the level plane transportation ability.The study is carried out based on actual production of Jinchuan No 2 mining area, so there is some meaning for the production and management in the future. |
