| Scutellaria barbata D. Don is common-used traditional Chinese medicine. It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxification. The reseach of contemporary pharmacology shows that the coarse extraction effective parts and effective monomer of Scutellaria barbata D.Don have the pharmacologic activities of anti bacteria antimutatio antiinflammation antifebris antioxidation antitumor and accommodating immunity.This thesis summarizes the reseaches of Scutellaria barbata D.Don so far.In this study, the optimal extractive technics, extraction by water and absorption by macroporous resin, is confirmed, compared with the technics of the reflux with alcohol and the technics of extraction by water and precipitation by acid.The method of determining the contents of total flavone and scutellarin of Scutellaria barbata D.Don by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC chromatogram is established. In this process, it is founded that the determining of total flavone in 285nm is more sensitive than in 335nm that is regulated by pharmacopoeia.The fingerprint of total flavone extration of Scutellaria barbata D.Don is primarily set up by using HPLC-MS. The flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata D.Don are analyzed. In the course of analyzing the full-scan mass spectrum , the compounds with molecular weight 548 and 396 are founded to be never reported. |
