The Filter Centrifuge is a new type centrifugal machine and is widely used in pharmacy and chemical industry for its characters of automatic discharge without direct worker-material contact and other many advantages. Because the structure of the drum and the drum-lid groupware are too irregular to design with general method and the centrifuge axis is made up of three concentric spindles that cannot be designed with traditional ways, we apply the ANSYS Software of Finite Elements for the calculation. But many theoretical and traditional means, such as material mechanics and induction, are used to compare the result educed by Software. The calculation laid a foundation for the design of the machine of this kind and provided a credible basis for the production of the Filter Centrifuge in our country. |
