Fufang Longshao Granules is a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine root in the clinical experienced prescription, which consist of Radix Gentianae, Radix Astragali, Radix Paeonia Rubra, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Glycyrrhiza. It has a good effect treating Chronic nonnasality ulceration.In order to overcome the shortcoming of original form of the prepared drugs the author reformed the form, and manufactured it to be granules on the premise of reliable effect in clinic. On the process of reforming, we designed the reasonable procedure on the basis of the effective ingredient of every medical material. What's more, we set up the quality standards to insure the reliable effect ,the steady quality and the security.Through the orthogonal experiments design , the condition of water decocting and alcohol-precipitation technology of Fufang Longshao Granules was optimized.In quality standards studies, we set up qualitative analysis method of Radix Astragali, Radix Paeonia Rubra, Radix Scutellariae by TLC, and detemined content of gentiopicrin in the granules by HPLC.
