Computer aided design(CAD) intelligent of mechanical products design and integrated computer aided design(ICAD) technology are very important for enterprise to improve efficiency of products design, product quantity and product market competitive ability, it is certain to bring considerable profit. based on the downhole tools demand of CO2 fracturing technology at oilfield, in design of CO2 fracturing downhole tools and drawing, this paper does research in depth, to provided the base for setting and perfecting downhole tools intelligent design..To set the stress model of CO21 fracturing downhole tools abstract parts design and examination. by the numerical calculating method, to overcome the error in handwork calculation, because three- dimensional model was only simplified two- dimensional model, and it can't calculate the error between three -dimensional model and two- dimensional model, to realize the scientific design of downhole tools with high accuracy..Based on the geometry character and parameterization design limited in the intelligent CAD design, and design method of figure base, model definition of figure base parameterization was presented..By the engineering example, to introduce system of CO2 fracturing downhole tools intelligent design, and the field application results of design products, next research way has been planned.
