| With the continuous development of oil recovery technology,higher requirements are put forward for the structure and technical index of downhole tools.It is necessary to develop appropriate downhole tool testing equipment to meet the needs of technological development.According to the actual situation of heavy oil production technology and tools,this paper classifies,summarizes and modularizes the design of a set of test equipment with various functions,comprehensive sizes,meeting the test requirements of different types of downhole tools,which is used for drilling and workover,oil and gas recovery,artificial lifting,packer and other single tools and pipe under normal or high temperature well condition.According to different test objects,the device has innovative design in load loading,cyclic heating and sealing methods.The wellhead connector with multiple functions such as wellhead sealing,positioning connection and pipeline integration has been developed.In order to avoid the leakage of closed cyclic pressure testing system leading to wrong judgement of tool sealing pressure resistance performance.The open cycle pressure testing process is developed,and the wellhead device that can realize tool throwing,pressure setting and tubing lifting and setting without dismantling the wellhead is developed.The high temperature test well system with internal and external double cycle heating function is developed to improve heating efficiency and thermal insulation effect.Using this set of test device,the intermediate tests of single-flow eccentric water distributor,ultra-high temperature nanocomposite thermal packer,mechanical double-acting tubing anchor and switch performance of gravel filling tool in horizontal well have been successfully carried out.The device works steadily,and its functional index meets the test requirements.It safeguards the effective development of underground mining tools test. |
