| This paper explain how utilizing UG/OPEN API VC etc. to develop and achieve special system of accurate shear mould on the three-dimensional engineering design software UG, including 3D programming modeling, virtual assembly, moves organization' s simulation of movement of the mould fictitiously of the spare part. And using ANSYS to optimize construction of the important parts, In the same time, accessing optimize data in the ACCESS database, On the basis of programming modeling, utilizing ODBC API to connect the database with UG/OPEN API. And it explain how driving accurate shear mould' s parts to do exercises organization emulation, simulation set out mould actual motion state of parts. Though all of works, it breaks through traditional modeling methods and connects CAD with CAE. These make the design of the system more perfect and more rational.
