In order to control automatically the pre-progress drawing setting and heating, the TJGD-ERDOS-02 adopts the equipment with close-ring system and adopts touching screen operation system with dialogue between man and machine, through testing its products, we get the aim that the wool become longer and thinner, at the same time, we test its fine properties such as tenacity., light, feeling and so on, because the change of the structure of wool fiber, its dying rate is high, and it is easy to be dyed unevenly, and through analyzing and contrasting the special properties of Lanasol and Lanaset that be used to dye the slenderizing wool fiber, at last we choose Lanaset, at the same time, we also gel the aim that the slenderizing wool fiber is dyed in low temperature. The slenderizing wool fiber and the drawing expansion wool fiber is spanned with normal wool, mercerization wool,cashmere, we can decrease the cost and increase spinning functions.As a kind of rising textile material, the slenderizing wool has fine special natural properties, its products accord with the development need of worsted fabric, it is worth being called high-technology and high-additional product.
