As the widest and strongest shuttleless looms, the rapier looms that iscontrolled by microprocessor can coordinate all unites reliably, improve the quality of production and lessen the intensity of labor, therefore it is more important and significant to improve the whole loom system. We introduced the latitude-yarn real-time monitoring system in this paper. During the process, we studied that high-low voltage starting-up circuit controlled weft-patterning device with rapid ,stable working velocity, which can overcome the shortcoming of photoelectronic selecting weft adopted by general domestic loom. Moreover, we presented that the circuit can modulate the weft detector 's sensitivity of 15 grades, it can enlarge the scope of detected weft and improve technological level. We realized the interfacing design between the circuit of measuring and processing latitude-yarn and the circuit controlled by microprocessor, which can meet different requirement of latitude-yarn control in setting detecting area, fulfill the purpose of orientation halting and solve the difficulty of domestic loom. In this intelligence displaying control system we realized communication between main microprocessor and sub-microprocessor by the way of asynchronous serial, and designed voltage change circuit with good quality of anti-interference accomplishly. By making use of sub module of chip selection SIM within MC68331, we expanded the systematic configuration, saving hardware resources and lowing cost greatly. This article illuminated monitoring protection circuit for microprocessor and RAM too. In addition, we also resolved systematic dependability and anti-interference question successfully in this thesis.
