Hebei Hazardous Waste Pollution Prevention Countermeasures

Nowdays the envirenment crisis of solid waste has become one of the greatest concerns for the whole world ,among which dangerous waste has become the key issue for management and prevention .because of its property of bombing .polluting .toxicing .continuence and potentional harm to envirment. In China, industry management for a long period has been low, the consumptoin of per product is high, the number of dangerous waste is large, and the management and study of dangerous waste is not enough, the envirment problem has become more and more serious. This artical studied the present condition and the conterrneasures of dangerous waste in Hebei Province,whose objection was to do some research for the conterrneasures of dangerous waste in Hebei Province.This paper dealt with the international and domestic sucessful experience of management system ,law character and conterrneasures ,and analyzed the present condition on the output,disposal ,and exhaust of dangerous waste in Hebei Province,and made prediction on the output with the method often thousand value of output.Acceding to the international and domestic sucessful experience,the policy and plan on dangerous waste in China, and the question on manegement and technique of dangerous waste in Hebei Province, this paper worked out a manegement mechanism of dangerous waste in the whole process from ''birth" to "death", and put forword specific conterrneasures and advice on policy .law ,management .disposal facilities and education.
