Heat treatment is an important basal technology of machine manufacturing, almost all of the key parts must be treated by heat, it can fully develop the potential of material, make the treated parts hold special character that required, then carried the point of advancing parts quality and prolonging their serve life. The heat treatment equipment can assure the realization of the technology, it directly effects the parts' quality and the level of technique.Solubility of carbide in Austenite is very small on normal temperature, the higher of the temperature, the larger of the solubility of carbide in Austenite, at 1050 centigrade degree, carbide merged into the Austenite entirely, then cold quickly, supersaturating sosoloid can be achieved, which is the homogeneous single-phase Austenite tissue, the process named solution treatment. After Austenite stainless steel U-type pipe treated, its capability of resist erode between crystallite, plasticity, tenacity and the problem generate by stress after cold distortion are improved greatly.At the present time, method of Austenite stainless steel U-type pipe heat treatment mainly consists of same curvature pack, align of bundles (or whole bundle) local in furnace, it is employed to eliminate stress of curve segment and part straight segment. However, these methods have a large quantity of disadvantages, such as high power waste, bad homogeneity of furnace temperature, serious oxidation and decarbonization, low standard of technology control, poor effect of eliminating cold stress and so on.After an in-depth study of the solution treatment technology, aimed at the shortage of equipment existing, the following works had been done in this paper.1 . Studied the technology of Austenite stainless steel U-type pipe, according to the request of heat treatment technology, establish a development project of equipment. In this paper, adopt direct resistance heating, infrared sensor and thermocouple measuring temperature, compressed air cold; collect temperature and current signal in process real time, via of logical and optimized control algorithm ensure the fulfill the solution treatment technology.2. According to the above project, designed control system hardware circuitwhich have strong ability of anti-jamming, ensure the system possess the function of sampling real time, calculating, controlling, use intelligent control technique developed a suit of solution treatment equipment which have characteristic such as direct resistance heating, indirect measuring temperature and MCU digital control.3. Modularization compile system software, divided in terms of function, itcontained sampling and converting, interface of human machine, system setup, parameters backup, online communication and temperature controlling module. In addition, arithmetic average filter, high precision difference interpolation calculation and PI control algorithm are schemed, it guarantee the real-time and precision of the system.4. According to the technology of solution treatment, make use of moderncontrol theory and method to modeling heat treatment system, and to simulate two algorithms, which are, PI control and fuzzy logic adaptive control of system model. The analysis of the two-simulation result suggested that fuzzy logic adaptive control is better than PI control. However, if the performance can meet with the system, the advantage of fuzzy logic control can't reflect enough for single order inertia sector, on the other hand, fuzzy logic control not only can minish adjust time, but also can assure the system zero over adjust, this is the shortage of PI control.
