Today, the welding technology has been widespread used in the industry. As one key technology, it has been the important part of the modem industry. As one of the high-quality welding technology, the pulse MIG welding is widely applied to many industries.To realize one-pulse-one-droplet transfer during welding process is the key one of pulse MIG welding control tasks. Many specialists have made a great of research about it, and presented many effective control method. In this paper, several kinds of electronic parameter control method in pulse MIG welding are compared and studied, and the base concept and knowledge about it, digital PID control and fuzzy logic control is introduced and discussed. At last, combining with a scheme block diagram of pulse MIG welding control system, and using PID control and fuzzy logic control as implementary policy, we discussed the application of the integration control method to obtain the fixed pulse parameters and the steady length of arc.
