The purpose of this paper is to study a method of cleaner production for p-nitroacetophenone production, to realize the wasterwater minimization. According to the earlier technology, applying the techniques of heated and delayed time to improve removed acid, applying the recovery of water to reduce the wasterwater discharge, applying the way of extraction to remove nitrophenol from the wasterwater, et al.. The results show that the wastewater from p-nitroacetophneone production reduced from 106 tons to 5. 5 tons per day, the consumption of raw materials were reduced, the gainful ratio of product were increased 6. 7 %. |
