It was the most suitable for Pd/C catalyst to produce disproportionated rosin in industry. However, the source of noble metal Palladium was rare. So it is important to develop the unprecious metal substituting for Palladium.Disproportionated rosin in resin was measured by Ultraviolet and Visible light Spectrophotometer at the present time. The research improved on the way of analysis by a lot of analytic experiments and based on the experiments beforetime. We took Gas Chromatograph as our analytic implement and made the lots of resinic acids separated and fixed quantify very well.In this paper, unprecious metal catalyst of ultrafine particle was prerared by alkoxide process, the aooearance and size of the particle were surveyed by TEM. It was found that the size of the particle prepared was (lOOnm, and blemish on the surface lattice was more.The catalyst we had prepared was used to catalyze the disproportionation of rosin. By experiment, it was found that T-X-C/A-d-d-d was the best catalyst, the optimum reaction condition was 270℃, 3 hours, and the ratio of catalyst and rosin was 1: 40, the size of catalyst was 100-120 mesh.
