This thesis is consisted of two parts.i. Two functional substituted aza-macrocylic compounds were synthesized and characterized by EA, MS, and !H NHR spectroscopy.ii. Two amphoteric imidazolines surfactants were synthesized and their rates of corrosion inhibition in simulation oil-well double tube were tested.There are three points in part one.1 .Based on the carefully studing of references, two functional substituted aza-marcocyclic compounds I and II were synthesized from ethyl a -(5-methyl-3-pyrazol)acetate (1) and 2,6-dibromomethyl pyridine:All the new compounds were identified and characterized by elemental analysis, MS, !H-NMR spectroscopy.2. Taking the marcocyclic compounds I and II as ionophores to transfer the different metal ions through the simulation biomembrane, the following conclusion were obtained.Both the two compounds I and II had good transmission for Li+ Na+ and K+ through the biomembrane. The velocity of the ions transmission was Na+>K+>Li+. The selectivity of the ions transmission was NaVK+=7.06 , Li+ /K+=5.1 (compound I); Na7T=23.6 , Li+ /K+=17.1 (compound II)(2).The character of the transmission of the transition metal ions has been studied. Both the two compounds I and II have good transmission for Hg2+, this demonstrate that this kind of ionophore is very easy to combine with Hg2+, a kind of soft acid, and transport it through the organic phase.It is possible to be used for eviromental protection, for it can enrich the harmful metal.(3) The character of the transmission of Tryptophane, Histidine, Phenylalanine and Mechionine has been studied. We found that compounds I transfer the four amino acids faster than compound II, especially transfer the Phenylalanine more dominatent, this demonstratethat the structure of I fit well to the Phenylalanine , and it is possible to used to resolute the enantiomer.There are two points in Part two:1. The imidazoline derivatives Ib and 2b are synthesized from oil acid, lauric acid, ethlene diamine and chloroacetic acid,etc.RCOOH + NH2CH2CH2NH2The best condition of each step of the reaction is investigated, 2. The compounds Ib, 2b and the SCM (betain) obtained from oil field were used for oil-well double-pipe test in simulation of oil-well. From the test, the conclusions can be drawn.First, the compound Ib which contains imidazole is more advantagous than SCM,and its rates of corrosion inhibition are 99.43% and 98.85% in static and dymanic state, respectively. The rates of corrosion inhibition for the two compounds are increased by 6.49% and 8.70% , respectively, compaired with that of SCM.Second, the chain size of the alkyl group in the imidazoline molecule influences the result of the rate of corrosion inhibition. The longer thearkyl group is, the better the effect of the corrsion inhibitor will be.At last, the mechanism of corrosion inhibition of the kind of the imidazoline surfactant was discribed briefly.
