Trehalose is a kind of preservative agent which has potential application. In this paper 8 methods of producing trehalose from yeast was proposed. We surveyed the effect of extraction by concentration of NaCIO, concentration of cell . The protein and nucleic acid in the extrct was taken out by using anion exchange resin, and then the extract was desalted and decolorized by using anion and cation exchange resin .The desalted liquid was concentrated and crystallized with alcohol. At last the crystals were obtained. |
