| China is a developing country with an abundance of people. Along with the rapid economic development, the ecological problem is becoming more and more prominent in our country, and the tendency of ecological damage and deterioration is very serious which become the major environment problem and the obstacle of our development and modernization. To make an indeed modern China, we must regard the environment as an important task, and make our emphases on keeping zoological balance and sustainable development. The ecological environments status is the bedrock of layout and measure of ecological protect and restoration How to construct a practical and scientific indexes system and method of assessment of ecological environments is the major problem of our study.On the basis of principle and method of landscape ecology, the author discusses the method of ecology evaluation whose primary data source comes from remote sense. This article is composed of four parts:I The main body of this part is the theoretic and technical ways of the ecological evaluation, such as special distribution, biological diversity, heterogeneity and symbiosis theory, scale and class-spread. The indexes of evaluation is based on the pattern and function of landscape, whose main means of data sources is remote sensing.FI In this part, ,on the base of indexes system made in part I , the author put up the model of ecological evaluation in region by analysis of indexes system from foreign country.III This part discusses the comprehensive method of region ecological evaluation. In this part, the abroad model of region ecological evaluation is put up.IV Carry out the method and theory in practice. Taking Xinghe County in Autonomic District of Inner Mongolia as an example, the author analyses the tendency of landscape change in region, and bring forwards his proposals on the countermeasures of biological protect.The innovation of this article is the data source. It is the first time to take data of remote sensing as main information of ecological evaluation. RS is the effective way to get objective, accurate and multi-seasonsinformation about ecological environment in region. The method on the basis of RS can put out reliable evidence for the design of sustainable development in region. |
