Preparation And Application Of The Weed Fertilizer

In this paper, the granulation procedure and technology of compound fertilizers with herbicide in laboratory were discussed. According to the discussed procedure and technology, a small granulator with a capacity of 1----4kgs of granulation was designed and made. Using this granulater, lO??NPK compound fertilizers with herbicide were manufactured. During the manufacturing, the technology, the condition and the method were discussed.The properties of the compound fertilizers with herbicide were determined and analyzed, such as: the relation between the amount of the herbicide and particulates?compression strength, the choice of the clays, the effect to the particulates?diameter by the amount of water in the materials when granulation, the effect to the temperature of the materials by the water components, etc.Through orthogonal experiments, three elements which affected the particulates?compresstion strength were analyzed, and they were: the amount of the herbicide, the water component in the granulates, and the amount of the clay. A good condition for granulation was found through the experiments.The characters of the three compound fertilizers with herbicide in different period were observed through the heating reserving method, such as: the change of the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the compression strength, the pH dates, the herbicide. Compared to that of the azophoska, the character of the compound fertilizers with herbicide is not less stable. The primary results showed that there were no chemical reactions among butachlor, acetochlor, butachlorensulfuronethyl and azophoska, and the physical and chemical characters of the compounds were within the national standard.In the field experiments, the above compound fertilizers?effecton the crops were studied, including the effectiveness of the herbicides, the height, net weight and output of the kidney beans, greens in arid land and paddy rice in water field. The result showed that the three crops had the phynominen of growing slowly in the firstperiod while fast in the second period under the effect of the three compound fertilizers. A point of view was put forward that the fertilizers with herbicides shared the same effect as pure herbicides while the former was more effective in fertilizing than the azophoska.A study on mechanism of the compound fertilizers with herbicide, the protein components of the greens in the greenhouse and in the experiment field were analyzed within milking and after milking period. The effect of the amount of the fertilizers to the seed germination was also studied. The resu]t showed that the fertilizers in the compounds inhibited the growing of the greens in milking period while hastened that after milking period.The studies showed that the application of a suitable mixture of herbicide and azophoska was more effective to the crops with almost no poisoning.
