For a long time, the focal question that the low utilization ratio of the nitrogenous fertilizer is attributed to the environment pollution and harms in the health of human being attracked worldwide attention. The urea inhibitor enzyme was selected to make the slow release compound fertilizer, which is the key technology to realize the increase in production, improvement in efficiency and reduction in pollution.The research adopted a way which combined indoor simulated test with a pot experiment to study the inhibitive effect of some organic and inorganic urease inhibitors, the adsorptive effect of some additive, the adhesive effect of some bond and the nitrogen-released effect of some slow release fertilizer. The experiment selected a slow release fertilizer and studied the best dosage proportion of the slow fertilizer, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, DCD as an inhibitor. The research is aimed at finding out the best dosage of the enzyme inhibitors, additive and bond, which have a good function in coordinating with carbamide, finding out the best proportion and optimal dose of the DCD, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and the slow nitrogenous fertilizer-PCF which can supply appropriate nutrition on growing season of rape .The result of study showed:1 The effect of some inorganic urea inhibitor enzyme indicated boracic acid inhibits the activeness of urea enzyme in soil well, delayed the speed of urea hydrolysis in the soil and decreased the volatilization of ammonia , boracic acid,can be chosen as a inorganic urea enzyme inhibitor.2 The effect of some organic urea inhibitor enzyme showed that the dissociative Humic Acids(HA) of turfy soil and weathered coal inhibit the activeness of urea enzyme in soil well. They can be chosen as a organic urea enzyme inhibitor.3 The adsorptive effect of some additive that the power of zeolite is ,which can adsorb big molecules and ions, is regard as a good additive.4 The adsorptive effect of some bond indicated that HA of turfy soil and CMC were both good bonds. CMC is suitable for long-grown crops and HA is suitable for short-grown crops.5 The indoor simulated test on nitrogen-releasing indicated that compare with other nitrogenous fertilizers-PCF and PSF had good function in controlling nitrogen.6 The pot experiment indicated PCF combined with ample nitrogen was suitable to the growth of rape during it's all life span, it is better than other slow release fertilizers. |
