Straw Particle Board Process

The study aims at making straw materials of man-made board, which is a way to resolve the air pollution problem owing to burning straw, and though which can not only utilize straw as useful agricultural resources , but also economize wood and protect forestry resources. According to the properties of straw material, the article explored the manufacturing technique and mechanism . Though polytechnic experiments, we discussed the relation between main technical factors and product function , analyzed the effects of materials?form N moisture contents resin and hot pressing temperature and pressure on the board property . We obtained the rational low cost board-manufacturing route and parameters. Results show that the most board function can meet the need of first-particleboard and second-medium density fiberboard .
