Experiment studied the method of extraction poly hydroxyalkanoic acids (PHAs) from strain G7y: concentrate of quaternary ammonium was 1%, concentrate of cell was 400gL? the second liquor was 1.5 times of the first liquor, NaC1O concentrate was 3%, reaction time was 5mm. The product from industrial experiment havest rate was 87.1%, purifacation rate was 97.3%, viscidity molecular weight was 7.03x105, stress was 26.626MPa, the Young抯 modulus was 1287.83 1MPa, melting point was 172 0C, melting ethalpy was 43.1 8Jg? Experiment studied PHAs degradable in soil, water, active sludge and non-oxygen sludge, and found that PHAs could be degraded in environment, could promote bacteria physiology activity as unique carbon sourse. It also found that mold and bacteria were dominance microorganisms of degradation P1-lAs, from which only 4 strains could degrade P1-lAs, the others?degradation behavior was co-reaction...
