| The production of ethylene takes an important role in petrochemical industry. The important part of ethylene cracking furnace of the key device of petrochemical industry is ethylene cracking tubes , its running condition is related with production of ethylene and economic benefit of ethylene factory.In ethylene cracking furnace the working condition of ethylene cracking tube is very strict--high temperature (1150), Carburization,Thermal-fatigue and coke, which result damage of ethylene-cracking tubes which affect safe and nomal running of ethylene-cracking furnace and decrease economic benefit of ethylene factory. So people study the Carburization, Thermal-fatigue and coke of ethylene-cracking tubes and performance of Carburization cracking tube. People study equment of Carburization layer checking and methods ofresidual life prediction of cracking tube. These guarantee saferunning of ethylene cracking furnace. But some researching work will be gone on. For example , stretch test , impacttest , fracture performance test. So, in this paper, 3 different states' ethylene-cracking tubes of DuShanZi Ethylene-Factory China will be used in tests. These tests include:(1) Carburization layer check;(2) Chemical composition analysis;(3) Stretch-test at normal temperature and high temperature ;(4) Impact-test at normal temperature and high temperature ;(5) Fracture performance-test at normal temperature ;(6) Metallographic structure,Scanning electron microscope analysis test.From the results of tests, we can gain that the kinds of performance regularities of ethylene-cracking tubes are related with thick of Carburization layer and thermal fatigue and breaking at high temperature are major reasons of damage of ethylene cracking tube in the factory. |
