The Development Of The Iron Nitride Magnetic Fluid

The technique of Gas-liquid reaction method for preparing iron-nitride magnetic fluid is studied. The influence of the variation of the parameters (former and later operating temperature, quantity of reactant, span of the reaction, solvent,times of reaction cycle) on the performance of the iron-nitrides magnetic fluids was studied carefully. Finally, the optimum reaction conditions to prepare iron-nitride magnetic fluid with high magnetic saturation are discovered, and the application of iron-nitrides on safety valve sealing was studied initially. The other work of our group is to find a new type surfactant which suits iron-nitride magnetic fluid . By solvent method and direct method, a series of surfactant are prepared. Judged by the chemical stability of iron-nitride magnetic fluids which use the surfactants we made , two kinds of surfactant are picked out,instead of the original one importing from Japan...
