.5.10 - Dihydrobenzofuran Phosphine Triazine Ring Is Non-mutagenic Intermediates And Azo Dyes

The present dissertation puts forward a new method of preparing the compound of 5,10-dihydro-10-hyroxyphenophosphazine 10-oxide ,which was prepared in approximate 50% yield by interaction of diphenylamine and phosphorus trichoride at slow-elevated temperatures followed by treatment of the reaction mixture with H2O and then with 30% H2O2 in glacial acetic acid. This method has advantages of high yield,low cost,and short time-consuming etc. Meanwhile,the dissertation covers the conversion of this compound to various derivatives including methyl,nitro,amino and diamino compounds which structures were identified by surveying of melting point and spectrum. In addition,the better condition of mono-nitration of the methyl derivatives was also put forward. The amino and diamino compounds obtained,which may be used as possible replacement for -naphthylamine and benzidine residue in some well-known carcinogenic P -naphthylamine- and benzidine-based azo dyes,were diazotized and coupled to H-acid and the azo dyes obtained were applied to cotton,ammo-based azo dye furishing blue-purple and diamino-based azo dye navy blue.
