| Using contrast and orthogonal experiment methods, the effect of the blackeningliquid formulae and blackening technology at room temperature for varied carboncontent and different heat-treated condition steel on the blackening film propertywas studied systematically. Primary factors and quantitative relationships, whichinfluence the blackening film appearance property, corrosion-resisting property,binding force and the stability of the blackening liquid were discovered.It was found that with the vary of carbon content and different heat-treatedcondition, the property of blackening film alter greatly, which means the optimumformulae of the blackening liquid at room temperature is different with the changeof the kind of steel. For the same kind of steel, blackening property of annealingsteel, quenching and high tempering or low tempering steel is better than thatnormalizing steel. The blackening liquid formulae of LB-99, MB-99, and HB-99,which are suitable to low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and high carbon steelrespectively are obtained.The blackening experiment comparison of commercial FH-l room temperatureblackening liquid and the obtained blackening liquid show that the blackeningperformance of the later is better. |
