Study Of River Water Environment Capacity Value

As a kind of resources,Water Environmental Capacity(WEC)has bothcharacteristics of general natural resources and its own characteristics．Themain studies of this paper are listed as follows:Firstly,calculation models forfiver WEC were thoroughly analyzed and summairzed.Secondly,based on thestudy of labor value theory,utility value theory,and equilibrium value theory,etc.The essence of Water Environmental Capacity Value(WECV)wasanalyzed by Marxist labor value theory,and thus the conclusion was made thatthe WECV includes property right value,additional value and scarcity value．Thirdly,based on the study of the resource value models,the benefitevaluation model was put forward and thoroughly analyzed in view of thespecific characteristic of WEC．Considering the affecting factors of the WEC,fuzzy model was introduced,and the calculation procedure of this model wasalso analyzed．Finally,taking the Weihe river basin in the GuanZhong plain asa case,the benefit evaluation model was used to calculate the WECV of thisbasin,thus providing a reference for the environmental protection of Weiheriver basin in GuanZhong region．...
