The dynamics(vibration, noise, stability, etc.) of milling machine is one of the most important performance indicators for evaluate the quality of machining quality. This paper researches feasibility of RCSA to predict the dynamics of milling machine tool point, based on the theory of RCSA.Main work as follows:(1)Research the effect of windows of hammer and response signal, and the bonding method on the test results. Compare the test result and the results of finite element method, in order to correct the test data later.(2)Research the prediction of the dynamics of milling machine Z7030(The combination of tool and tool holder is simplified as a model of two points), based on the two points combination theory of RCSA.(3) Research the prediction of the dynamics of milling machine Z7030(The combination of tool and tool holder is simplified as a model of one point), based on the one point combination theory of RCSA.This paper apply the theory of RCSA to experimental research, not only to research the dynamic of milling machine Z7030, but also reflecting the wide use, rapid prediction and feasibility of RCSA.
